Second Meeting & Updates

October 24th, 2011

Hello Beta members!

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, November 1st. Please make sure you fill out the website consent form, and the parent consent form (which needs to be notarized)! This weekend we sent out our chairperson application, which should be completed by Friday, November 4th. Becoming a chairperson means organizing and taking charge of an entire event, so it’s a great opportunity to exercise your leadership skills! If you have any questions, please contact Ting Zhang.

The club dues are $13 for NEW members (including those accepted in June), and $5 for OLD members.  The club dues are mandatory for everyone and will be collected during the November meeting.  We decided not to make the shirt mandatory, and it is not included in the dues.  The shirt is optional and costs $7.  We apologize for making you do this again, but if you want a shirt, please email betabths@gmail.com with your name and shirt size.

Again, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience of our first meeting. We assure you our next meeting will be better! Stay tuned for more updates and have a great week :)
